PEEK

Highest-performance thermoplastic for extreme environments

PEEK (Polyether Ether Ketone) combines 250°C continuous heat resistance, excellent chemical inertness, and high mechanical strength in one material — making it the benchmark engineering plastic for aerospace, semiconductor, and medical applications. MK Industrial & Co.® supplies PEEK sheets, rods and tubes in Bangalore and Karnataka.

About PEEK

PEEK (Polyether Ether Ketone) is a semi-crystalline high-performance thermoplastic that retains exceptional mechanical properties from cryogenic temperatures to 250°C. It is the material of choice wherever conventional engineering plastics fail under sustained heat, aggressive chemicals, or cyclic mechanical loading.

MK Industrial & Co.® stocks unfilled natural PEEK (grade 450G), ESD-safe carbon-filled PEEK, glass-fibre reinforced PEEK GF30, and carbon-fibre filled PEEK CF30 in sheets, rods, and tubes — available in standard dimensions and custom cut-to-size across Bangalore and Karnataka.

PEEK is prized industry-wide for its radiation resistance and dimensional stability under moisture, and is commonly specified in semiconductor wafer handling, medical device tooling, aerospace structural brackets, and oil & gas downhole components. Where a specific certification (such as ISO 10993 biocompatibility) is required for your application, please confirm the exact grade and request the relevant data sheet before ordering.
