Glass Epoxy / FR4 / G10 / Garolite
High-strength electrical laminate, the modern PCB standard
Glass Epoxy (FR4/G10/G11), also known as Garolite, is a glass-fibre reinforced epoxy laminate with excellent dielectric properties — the standard material for PCB substrates and high-voltage insulation. MK Industrial & Co.® supplies Glass Epoxy sheets and rods across Bangalore and Karnataka.
About Glass Epoxy / FR4 / G10 / Garolite
Glass Epoxy (FR4/G10/G11) — also commonly known by the trade name Garolite — is a glass-fibre reinforced epoxy laminate offering excellent dielectric strength, low moisture absorption, and good mechanical strength — the modern standard for PCB substrates, replacing older phenolic laminates in most electrical applications requiring higher performance.
MK Industrial & Co.® stocks Glass Epoxy, G10, ESD Grade FR4, and glass-filled grades in sheets and rods, in Yellow, Red, Green & Black — available in standard dimensions and custom cut-to-size across Bangalore and Karnataka. Related glass-polyester grades such as GPO-3 add arc and track resistance for switchgear applications.
Glass Epoxy is specified across circuit boards, terminal boards, electrical housings, gears, bearings, pump components, and aerospace/marine structural and insulation parts.
