Nylon
Tough, wear-resistant workhorse for gears, bearings and bushings
Nylon is a strong, wear-resistant engineering thermoplastic used across gears, bearings, and structural components. MK Industrial & Co.® supplies extruded Nylon (PA6), Cast Nylon, PA66, and specialty grades — ESD-safe, glass-filled, carbon-filled, and MoS2-infused — in sheets, rods and bushes across Bangalore and Karnataka.
About Nylon
Nylon is a tough, wear-resistant engineering thermoplastic prized for its combination of strength, low friction, and good impact resistance — able to run quieter and smoother than metal in gear and bearing applications.
MK Industrial & Co.® stocks extruded Nylon (PA6), Cast Nylon, PA66, ESD-safe grade, glass-filled and carbon-filled grades, and MoS2-infused (oil-filled) Nylon in sheets, rods and bushes — available in standard dimensions and custom cut-to-size across Bangalore and Karnataka.
Nylon is specified across gears, bearings, sprockets, timing screws, automotive parts, valves, fasteners and electrical insulators — wherever a tough, self-lubricating, quiet-running plastic is needed in place of metal.
