Oilon®
Self-lubricating cast nylon for zero-maintenance bearings
Oilon® is an oil-impregnated cast nylon engineered for self-lubricating, low-maintenance performance in continuous-duty bearings and bushings. MK Industrial & Co.® supplies Oilon sheets and rods across Bangalore and Karnataka.
About Oilon®
Oilon® is an oil-impregnated cast nylon that releases lubricant internally as it wears, giving self-lubricating, low-maintenance performance in bearings that can't be serviced regularly. It offers high strength and stiffness with reduced noise and vibration compared to standard nylon or metal bearings. Oilon® is a registered trademark of Nylacast.
MK Industrial & Co.® stocks Oilon in sheets and rods, in Green and Black — available in standard dimensions and custom cut-to-size across Bangalore and Karnataka.
Oilon is specified across gears, bearings, bushings, wear pads, sliding wear components, textile machinery, and marine & medical equipment — wherever a self-lubricating, quiet-running bearing material is needed.
